While attending an exhibition in the 2000s we would go to the Bull in Weston and as we were from the North East Ken sniffed us out and we chatted, mainly funny stuff. With Ken, you laughed a lot. He would send emails, again all humorous. I remember Ken as friendly laughter.

Ken was Emma's funny Dad to me, who visited her at college dressed as Santa, and made sure ecverybody learnt that he was Emma Stevenson's dad. He was so funny, loving and caring, he sent Newcastle badges to my brothers in Hungary so that they know who to support. My mum still holds a bottle of wine that he had given to her as a guest in Harbury with everone's signature on it. It was a delight be in Ken's company.
He will be missed so much, and never forgotten.

Ken was an absolute legend when I was growing up with Emma as a great friend. He really impressed me one day when a group of Jahova Witnesses arrived at his door and he invited them in. I’ve never known a group of them wanting to leave so quick after Ken’s conversation with them?! They were dumbstruck! It was hilarious. (Sorry, if I offend anyone, but at 9years old, it was funny!) Rest easy Ken X
